Application Review Process:
Step 1: Reference check – This involves contacting landlords (past and current), employers, and a personal reference to assess the fit between applicants and The Nova View. If applicants pass this step, I inform them of their conditional acceptance and ask for a form of ID to complete Step 2.
Step 2: Credit check and criminal record check – This involves conducting a credibility check and criminal record check. If applicants pass this step, I inform them of their approval and move to Step 3.
Step 3: Lease signing and security deposit – I send a completed lease and instructions for sending a security deposit. Applicants are to review, sign, and return the lease, along with a security deposit.
